National Geographic x Garnier / Can Beauty Go Greener?

In this series of five films Garnier and National Geographic journey from Lagos, Nigeria to Detroit, USA including a stops in Cornwall, UK to explore the bold steps the industry (and consumers) need to take towards greener beauty products. From better supporting the people who produce raw ingredients to rethinking packaging lifecycles, each film highlights the opportunity for positive change.

I worked as editor for the entire series, crafting hero cuts, multiple cutdowns, and various formats tailored for social media. My work ensured the films were optimized for maximum engagement across all platforms.

The films were featured on National Geographic's channels, including promoted Reels on their Instagram account with 282M followers. Within hours, the Reels garnered over 2M views, driving significant engagement and furthering the conversation on sustainable beauty.
